If you are ordering via Bank Wire, you will need to sign up an account with us and checkout with "Direct Bank Deposit - USA". We will send you an invoice with the 2% discount on your order along with bank wire instructions. 

Once we receive your cleared payment we will ship out your order immediately.


Once an Order is placed through Silver2me.com, you have entered into a legally binding agreement. Once your order is confirmed you cannot cancel without being subjected to a market loss policy.  You may request a refund anytime before your order is shipped, with $50 administrative and a market loss fee depending on the price difference of the market based on the date you purchased and they date you request a refund. 

All orders paid via credit card, and PayPal are processed immediately.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the quoted price of an item is incorrect due to typographical error, technical or system error.

Photos of  items are a representation of the item you will receive and may or may not be the actual item you will receive. These photos should be used on as an indicator of the general quality of the item you will receive. Be sure to fully read the product page for any details regarding the condition of the item. 

As our items are based on the precious metals market, all prices are subject to change due to market changes. 

How do I know if my online order was successfully completed?


After completing your online order, you will be directed to a final page thanking you for your order along with an order number for your reference and you will be emailed the final order number and order details.

How is shipping cost calculated?

The shipping and insurance is based off of the weight and value of the package, as well as where it's shipped to. Generally our shopping cart will implement a table for calculating shipping charges with heavier packages costing more. Periodically we have free shipping promotions which we invite you to take advantage of.
 All shipments are sent fully insured.

Do you report my transaction?

Because coins are exempt from sales tax, we are not required to report individual transactions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Different rates apply.

I tried placing an order, but I am not sure if it was accepted?

Unless you receive an order confirmation number, your order did not go through. You may want to try placing the order again, or call us if it is during business hours. 

I tried placing an order and I now have a pending transaction on my card. Why?

This occurs when the billing and shipping address do not match, or when a transaction has not been pre-approved by your credit card company. When this occurs you will show a pending transaction on your credit card. However, Silver2Me does not have any access to your funds. The credit card company will put the funds back on your card within 48 to 72 hours in accordance with their policies.

What happens if I decide to cancel an order?

Due to the constantly changing market, canceled orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee plus applicable market loss.  The customer is not entitled to any market gain in relation to a cancelled order.  

What if I want to return my coins?

We do not accept returns on bullion. For more information regarding our return policy, please view our policy page.

Do you accept Personal Checks as payment?

To protect ourselves and our customers we choose not to accept personal checks. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Do you buy coins and bullion?

We are currently buying silver coins and bullion. Contact us via email (support@silver2me.com), LiveChat, or telephone 1-888-SILV2ME to request a quote. We guarantee great competitive prices - we will not rip you off like many pawn shops and "Cash4Gold" type businesses. We will price match any online dealer when you sell your silver to us - this includes large dealers like APMEX. 

Is your web site shopping cart secure?

Yes, absolutely. We use the 128-bit SSL encryption to allow your orders to securely and privately be processed. We also, never share any client information with any third party. We take your privacy very seriously. 

Can I pick my order up in person?

Unfortunately we do not allow orders to be fulfilled this way. This is done for security purposes for both our customer and our staff and management. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, we accept all orders no matter how small or large.

Do you have a maximum order amount? 

Generally no, however Silver2Me does reserve the right to request a 5-10% deposit on orders deemed large before we will accept the order and lock in prices. We will contact you if this is the case. Otherwise, there is nothing to worry about. 


Bullion items are not returnable. If you are interested in selling us bullion contact us at admin@silver2me.com and we will give you our quote. We do not always buy bullion, so you will need to check with us at the time.


Lost packages will receive a refund no sooner than 60 days after the shipment date or be re-shipped at our discretion. If there is an issue with your order such as missing or damaged items, we need to be contacted within 7 business days of the receipt of your package.

We do not charge addition commission fees or any other type of fees to your order.
